Pardosa hortensis (Thorell, 1872)
Description
Palp with tooth of tegular apophysis at 5 o\'clock position. Epigyne with septum, not completely covering genital groove, its shape is variable. Prosoma grey-brown, long, bright median band. Lateral bands reddish yellow, broken into spots, frequently vague. Prosoma length female: 2.3-2.7 mm, prosoma length male: 2.3-2.5 mm. Legs grey-brown, distinctly annulated. Opisthosoma grey-brown with yellow pattern.

Additional information
In meadows and fields, from open and dry to humid areas, up to 1500 m. Not frequent in Great Britain, Central and East Europe, frequent in Southern Europe.
